Diagnose
Two weeks inside your process and your data. We leave with a written problem statement and the metric we intend to move.

Prototype
A working slice on real data in four to six weeks — good enough to kill the idea cheaply if the numbers say so.

Harden
Evaluation suites, failure modes, security review, load and cost budgets. This is the phase most AI projects skip and most AI projects die in.

Operate
